1. What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4-11 business days. We only ship within the United Kingdom at this time.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

3. What should I do if my order is missing or damaged?

If your order is missing, damaged, or you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oldmoneyfashion.co.uk. We will assist you in resolving the issue and help you with any claims if necessary.

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We try our best to accommodate changes to your order. However, if your order has already been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to change the shipping address. 5. How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. If you made a mistake with your order, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!

To ensure the longevity of your clothing, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the garment’s label. For most garments, machine washing on a gentle cycle and air drying is advised. For more delicate items, dry cleaning may be required.
