We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Method

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No hidden fees or charges at checkout—what you see is what you pay!

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 06:00 pm GMT for same-day processing. Orders placed after 06:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Time

  • After your order is processed, we ship it via our Free Shipping service, which generally takes 3-8 business days to arrive at your destination.
  • The total estimated delivery time is 4-11 business days from the time your order is placed, including processing and shipping time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.

7. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no shipping fees, regardless of the size or value of your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we strive to ensure that all shipments are delivered safely, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been handed over to the carrier.
